    The staff at Valley Stove & Cycle set the bar high for customer service. I have yet to leave the store with an unanswered question or an unsolved issue. Before and after I purchased one of my bikes from them, I have always received fantastic service. Not only are they on top of their customer service game but they are invested in the biking community, offering group rides weekly(at least once). They’re doing it right.
